I have installed it with the USB port but it is not printing anything
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: I bought it this past fall:
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: iT IS a Dell Windows 10 Inspiron 15, the printer is DCP-L2540DW
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had this installed before using wireless but had problems with it removing my google page so I removed it. The guys at Best Buy Geeks put the icon to reinstall this printer from the internet on my desktop and I have reinstalled using the USB port connection rather than wireless.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

check in your devices and printers folder

see if there are 2 copies of the printer

if so test them both one might work

This might be easier if we can talk on the phone and i can remote in to your computer to make it work for you. I am putting up an offer to do that if you care to accept it.
