I installed new ink cartridges, cleaned the heads and the nozzles, but the copy printed comes out with a line missing here and there. I also checked alignment and that test page came out okay. What do I do now?
JA: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using? What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

When you run the nozzle check page, are there missing spots there?
When was the printer purchased?
Are you using genuine epson ink, or refilled/generics?
