Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Was there any change recently to your computer or internet service / modem / router device that may have caused this issue?

Are you currently able to make a copy from the printer's glass (not printing from the computer)?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Solution #1:

  1. Disconnect the power cord(s) from your Internet modem / router device(s) for about 3 minutes, then reconnect.
  2. Turn off the printer, then disconnect the power cord from the printer for about 2 minutes. Then reconnect, then turn the printer back on.
  3. Wait about 5 minutes, then see if you can print now.

Solution #2:

- If that does not work, please try the following steps on your Mac computer:

  1. Click on the Apple logo / menu at the upper left corner of your computer's screen, then click on System Preferences.
  2. Click on Printers & Scanners.
  3. There, click on your printer, then click on the - (minus) button at bottom left, and confirm Yes to delete it for now. Make sure there is not any printer showing there for now.
  4. Click on the + (plus) button at bottom left, and see if it detects your printer.
  5. If yes, click on your printer, then then click on Add.
  6. Then see if you can print now.

Solution #3:

- If that still does not work, please try the following steps on your printer:

  1. Press the Menu button on the left of the printer.
  2. Use the Up / Down arrow buttons to select the option Network Settings, then press OK button.
  3. Select option Wireless LAN Settings, and OK.
    - Note: If needed, you may need to select option Select Wired/Wireless LAN, and OK. Then select option Wireless LAN, and OK, then press Menu button, then try again to select option Wireless LAN Settings.)
    - (Note 2: If it displays Enable the wireless LAN?, then select Yes, and OK.
  4. Read the message that is displayed, if any, and OK.
  5. Select option SSID Settings, and OK.
  6. Select option Select Access Point, and OK.
  7. Select your Wi-Fi / wireless network name, and OK.
  8. If prompted for PSK / password ***** WEP key / passphrase, etc., then enter your Wi-Fi / wireless password. You can use the printer's keypad to enter numbers / letters / symbols (special characters, if any.)
    - Then select Apply, and OK.
    - Note: If you do not know your network / Wi-Fi / wireless password ***** key / passphrase, check at the back / bottom of your internet modem / router device(s) to see if it's there. It is case-sensitive.
  9. Select Yes, and OK.
  10. If successful, the printer's screen should display Connected.
    - Then wait a couple of minutes.
    - If needed, please click on the website below for full detailed instructions and illustrations:

  11. Once you have done the above steps on the printer successfully, then on the computer, do this step again: Click on the Apple logo / menu -> System Preferences -> Printers & Scanners. Then click on the + (plus) button at bottom left, and it should detect your printer, then select it, and add it. Then see if you can print now.
