I have a MAXIFY5020 and am unable to print. I get a message that printer is in ERROR status
JA: What's the make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is about 2 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Laptop and using wireless
