I have laser jet 200 pro printer w/ code 79, I turn it off,

I have laser jet 200 pro printer w/ code 79, I turn it off, wait 30 or more seconds turn it back on and still have code 79? it is pluged directly in to the wall.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your LaserJet is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: aprox 4 yrs old, laser jet 200 color pro
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Lenovo lap top, windows 10. OS? I am a computer dumbie.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: over the week end, it just stoped working?
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I know nothing else. thank you

Error code 79 indicates a network printing error.

Is the printer used for network printing?

Try the following:

1. Turn off power to the Printer
2. Check and Remove printing process from every computer that can have access for the printer in the network.
3. In domain network, check the owner in the "See What's Printing" box.
4. Then log in with that account and try to remove it from the queue.
5. If you cannot still cancel the printing process you have to remove and add the printer again.

After doing this steps on every computer, having access to the printer, in the network, you can switch on the printer and it should be working well again.
