My printer is connected to my laptop using Wi-Fi and I can print a page but I cannot scan a document using the printer
JA: What is the machine's exact make and model? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: XP-310 2 to 3 years
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Mu internet connection failed and I had to reset it

Hello my name is ***** ***** I can assist you today. You should be able to scan a document using the software that came with the printer. I can remotely access your pc to show you how to do that if you would like.
