JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: wf 230 series has not been used yet. first trials
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: yesterday. printed beginning of document. i pressed cancel and reset. now it shows that there is aqueu of documents. the printer says it is printing

The printer says it is printing? If this were the case, it would be printing. Do you mean that the printer software agent that you see in your tool tray says it's printing? Please specify. Accurate report = precise diagnosis.
