I can't install the cartridges Epsom XP 330/XP-434
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: BOUGHT IT TODAY XP 330MODEL #C462U
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: WINDOWS 10, BUT THE PROBLEM IS INSTALLING THE INK, NOT OPERATING THE PRINTER I.M NOT THERE YET.. jUST OPENED THE BOX
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: jUST WANT TO INSTALL INK.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble, but I'll do my best to help you. Please give me a few moments to review your details here.

DO NOT try to install the ink on your own.

Open the box, remove the printer and carefully remove all the packing materials (orange and blue tape, foam strips, etc).

Plug the printer in, and carefully follow the prompts on the display screen.

Do not touch the cartridges until instructed to do so.

The printer is very specific about the installation requirements, you have to first set the language, wifi options, etc.

Do not attempt to lift the lid and install the cartridges until the display screen prompts you to do so. If you install the inks out of turn you can damage the printer beyond repair.

The setup process is very easy and straightforward if you follow all the prompts on the printer display.
