My scanner does not work. It is a hardwired Prevail Pro705. I was fine , then :Scan Failed" every time. It could be settings on my Windows base PC...?
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Make and model Prevail Pro705 about 8 years I think. Not used very much except for random scans
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Windows 10 with an upgrade. I am a very small business.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing happened. I did change ink cartridges, that's all
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: My 13 y.o. used my computer. It may be a computer issue, not a printer error.
