JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Canon hold on for model
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: About a day. Had some internet issues on my apple router that was resolved

Please select the Apple icon in the top left corner of the screen on your laptop and select the About Mc menu. This will give you the version of your Mac operating system.
