JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: canon mx 512
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: toshiba pc
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it has been working fine i replaced the ink and then the message came on

okay, heres what you need to do.


Take the ink cartridegs OUT of the printer, and then PUT them BACK in.

This is called RESEATING the cartridges.

Its possible one of them, isnt seated all the way, or is not seated properly.

Then see if the message clears.
