It will not print all pages in collation. Only if I choose 1

Customer Question

It will not print all pages in collation. Only if I choose 1 at a time and collation is selected on printer options.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: HP Officejet 5740, 3 years
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Dell Inspiron 15, windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Not sure. I don't print all that often. Just tried today after quite some time. Was trying to print a study guide pages 1-20 and it would go to print qeue and said it was done printing after not printing anything. Then I selected to print just page 1 and it did it. That was the cover page consisting of a picture. However, when I selected page 2 to print which was mostly words, it went to the print que and said finished but nothing printed....
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't think so.

Please tell me what steps you are taking to print all pages in collation. Did you choose ALL? Are you trying to achieve double-sided printing?
