Trying to re-install what is IP number or hostname? I do not have it
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Couple of years HP Envy 4500
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Dell PC and Microsoft 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It just was we got a virus and took our computer in to clean up and then when I went to print something it stated not connected
