JA: Just to clarify, have you double-checked the code? And what is the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: epson workforce wf-3620
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc, newest win version
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: i;ve needed to change the black ink for awhile because the ink is low (not totally depleted). Dont' print very often.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Please power down the printer

open the top and remove the cartridge and push the cartridge back. push the lid and till you hear a click sound. And restart the printer

Please do that first and let me know.

Wow, I had to pay $18 for you to tell me that I didn't close the ink storage lid. That's one on me lol!
It worked. The error is gone
