I am trying to download the 123.....file from your site and

I am trying to download the 123.....file from your site and it runs and runs and doesn't stop. It created a file of 5398kg but I tried to launch it and it goes back to the same attempt to download. Is there some other way I can get started on using my printer>
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: It is brand ne. ENVY 4516
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc, STSTEM 7, I think.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I followed the directions for start up and weent to activate it. then went to 123.hp.com/envy4510.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: only that I tried again today by going to the download again and it acts like an endless loop.
