I've cleaned the nozzle head about 6 times and there are still lines that are faded or gaps in the lines when I print a document.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: et-4500
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: It's a PC and Windows 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: 1 month. Everything was printing fine. A window would pop up to check the ink levels but the ink is full
