Can't get the print cartridge to move so I can remove empty and add new one. epson wf2630
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: epson wf 2630
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: mac, sierra 10.12.1
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: happens intermittently when I need the change a print cartridge. Have shut printer off numerous times
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Did you follow the steps below ?

Press the up or down arrow button to select Setup and press the OK button. Then select Maintenance > Ink Cartridge(s) Replacement and press one of the Start buttons. Lift up the scanner unit.

Actually, I turned it off and on again and it fixed it. 4th time the charm.

No those hadn't helped. I restarted the printer and that finally allowed it to respond. I had done that a few times before.
