It won't print. It shows a list of printers, but not mine. Just a "copy 2" of my printer.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: WF-4630. About 4 months old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC windows 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just this morning
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Thank you. Please try these steps. Click the start button and in the search area type: services.msc

and open the search result at the top of the results.

Scroll down to Print Spooler. Right-click on it and select Stop.

once stopped, minimize the window.

Click start and open Computer.

Open your C: drive and go to this folder C:\windows\system32\spool\printers.

Delete any files in the printers folder. If some files won't delete that's ok. They can be left there.

Close the window and open the services window. Right-click on Print Spooler and select Start.

close the Services window.

Click the start button again and open Devices and Printers. Right-click on "copy 2" of your printer

and select Set As Default such that it now has a green checkmark on it.

Try printing again and let me know the result please.
