I am trying to install a new XP-830 and i am getting an OXEA error message repeatedly
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Epson Expression Premium XP-830
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC windows 7 and I am not connected to it
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I just bought the printer. It is new

This is regards ***** ***** packaging that is still inside the printer somewhere. Lots of times they overdue the packaging on new printers so you have to look carefully everywhere on the device for any foam, plastic, tape that maybe causing this error.
