I have a pixma i100p printer and a bluetooth bu30 that I am trying to connect to my ipad pro, however, it does not come up in my bluetooth listing
JA: Can you guesstimate how old the Pixma is? And has this happened before?
Customer: Just got the bluetooth adapter. Printer is probably 2 to 3 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: OS---ipad pro
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just got the bluetooth adapter today. Never been an issue as I have never used bluetooth with this printer
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
