I have just connected a new Telstra modem and I cannot wireless connect.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: BrotherDCP J41100w and 2 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: HP laptop 2 months old
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: only since I started with the new modem

Hello, and thank you for using this service.

Have you tried to reconnect the printer to your new wireless network? You would do this using the buttons on the printer itself (not the computer), and would need to know your wireless network name and password.

The printer is not requesting a password. After I follow the instruction on the printer it states "connected"
