Oh hi John. Calling from our company. Our Canon's been working great until recently. It's a PIXMA. The ALARM notice keeps blinking. The ink cartridge holder not moving on track. We can't print out the stamps because of it. Very important!! Diana
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: No. I would say two years, but we mainly use it to print out mail, so it hasn't been overused.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Dell
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Since last week
