Can you tell me please, how is the printer connecting to the computer? Via a USB cable or wireless?

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket) and the power to the wifi router.
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the wufu router, wait 5 minutes then the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
