I am checking into the error?

There was no response to my printer question except to charge me 39.99 to connect to my computer. One does not answer a printer hardware question like that. There was no answer. This service response is not appropriate. Look up the printer question on the Canon website. The ink absorber pads need cleaning/replacement service. I want my money refunded
