JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Lexmark/2600. I'm not sure, maybe 5 years. it was working fine
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Dell/ Microsoft 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just noticed yesterday when I got ready to print. My 12 year old grandson wrote a report and we were going to print it. I got some new ink a few days ago but I don't see how that could affect it
