I have two problems: I have an Expression Premium XP-640.

good morning. I have two problems:
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: I have an Expression Premium XP-640. This printer is approx. 1 month old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I'm printing from a PC with Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: This has been an issue for several weeks. If I remember correctly all of my problems started after an update installation.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

1: Will not print duplex any longer
2: I use tray 2 all the time. Printer defaults to tray1 after power off and power up. I cannot get it to stay on tray 2.
