I am an architect. I am trying to print a floor plan but lines are all crooked, do not line up (not continuous. Ronéll
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: MX394 - probably 3 years
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC. OS - ?? Where can I find that ( A little computer illeterate - on the wrong side of 60 !)
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Only now. I had a paper jab yesterday and opened the rear flap to get paper out
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

This is a problem with the printhead because the printhead is the part of the printer which puts ink onto the paper.
