Hey, I'm surprised you are there. Every time I use my printer I have to reset everything, as it states it can't find the printer Today, I'm attempting to print and it states that I'm out of paper. I Im out of paper but Im not out of paper. I gone over 5 times with the same results. "I'm out of paper" ugg
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: MAC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It's been an issue since I've owned it. The out of paper problem was today. Prior to that I was attempting to print, but, alas it never did print.
