No do not need you to access my computer, just need the pass code
Expert:  dukey01 replied 10 months ago.

Thanks. I am sending you a utility that will discover your wireless password ***** you.

From the Vista machine, click this link:

-Run the wireless setup helper file

-Accept the license agreement

-Put a checkmark in Checked and Confirmed and click Next

-you'll see a progress bar

-When it finishes you'll see the name of your wireless network (SSID)

and your wireless password (Network Key) displayed on the screen.

The Network Key is what you enter in the new Dell when you

connect it to your wireless network

Let me know the result please.

How's that coming along, Rosa?

If you would like any additional information or assistance,

please do not hesitate to let me know.

I've used that utility successfully many times.

It will work. Once the utility displays your Network Key,

on the new Dell machine click the wi-fi icon in the lower right corner of

your screen to pull up the list of wireless networks.

Left click on your wireless network and click Connect.

Enter the Network Key that the utility displayed and connect to your network.
