IHAVE A CANON LPB 6000 AND A BRAND NEW MACXBOOK AIR AND AM UNABLE TO PRINT USING IT. ADDITIONALLY IT HAD STOPPED PRINTING BEFORE THE NE NMA BOK AIR. I HAVE TRIED DOWN LOADIN AND INSTALLED A NEW CANON DRIVER, NEW CABLE AND STILL NO "JOY"MY DRIVER IS, 13.7.10
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: NO IT HAS NOT, IT IS POSSIBLY3-4 UEARS OLD
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: IT ISA BRAND NEW,MACBOOK AIR WITH 10.12.1
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: MY OLD LAP TOP A MAC BOOK DUO GOT A BAD VIRUS SO THE OCALA COMPANY "MAC AND PC" SAID IT'S OLD , DON'T WASTE MONEY, BEST BUY IS HAVING A SALE, BUY A NEW ONE. IT DOES EVERY THING BUT PRINT. AS I SAID THE PRINTER HAD STOPPED PRIOR THE THIS EPISODE
