JA: Hi. What do you want help with?
Customer: For some reason the printer won't comply with the request to print out my documents
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: I know that the printer is communicating with my computer, due to the noise it makes when I attempt to print. What can I do, I've only had this printer for less than a week...EXTREMELY FUSTRATING. HENCE MY SHOPPING AT DELL.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I believe my computer is a PC. I've never used Apple.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: For less than one month.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I've never had this problem before today and as I said I've only had this printer for less than a month. Actually, this is first time this happened to me with the canon printer
