Scanner 1250/1650 series, not printer. Disappeared from desktop. Cannot open any of the files in the application folder.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Epson 1250/1650 series. Had it for a long time. Copyright date in manual is 2001.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
