wish I knew. we get a black screen with white boxes when we hit print then computer comes up notice printer is not able to print
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: had this isuue for few months now printed a copy then began getting this black screen on left side of computer with white boxes
