That didn't do anything to resolve the problem.
Expert:  crash2199 replied 11 months ago.

Unplug the printer from the wall outlet then wait 1 minute.

Plugin the printer and power on the printer then wait another minute.

Check to see if the issue continues.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
No I don't want to spend that much on it.

Please ignore the automated offer sent by our system. I do not have control over it...

I already did that and it didn't help.
Expert:  crash2199 replied 11 months ago.

You unplugged the printer? That is different from just powering it off.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I unplugged it! Can we just cancel this and I get a refund?
Expert:  crash2199 replied 11 months ago.

The unplug must be done while the power is on. Did you try it that way?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Expert:  crash2199 replied 11 months ago.

Unfortunately, those steps are differently from Canon and should fix your issue.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
They didn't fix the problem and I have to go to a meeting now. Can I get a refund?
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I don't want another technician. I want a refund!
