Pixma MX882 shows "Error UO52 Incorrect printhead".
JA: Can you guesstimate how old the Pixma is? And has this happened before?
Customer: Guess 3 years.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Has not occurred before. iMac 27 in. OS X El Capitan v10.11.6
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: i hr. Was printing map from Google Earth Pro. Had printed four maps, this happened halfway through the fifth.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Being that the problem occurred during a print, it may just need to be cold reset.

Unplug the power to the printer, plug it back in, and turn it on. After that is up, test print something else. Is that working?
