JA: Can you guesstimate how old the Pixma is? And has this happened before?
Customer: 2 to3 yrs and new comuter 1 to 2 yrs
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Microsoft surface Mac operating system?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

What software downloads are you needing?

Can you give me a detailed description of what it is you need? The printer software, drivers etc.
