it will not print. cartiage is out of ink. we subscribe to refills monthly but for the last 3 months we have on ink but are beinh charged on our credit card for ink refills
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: officeJet 3820 series--purchased in2016
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: apple mac
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: since august
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: We signed up for auto refil...my understanding i was suppose to get refils automatic through internet when cartiage is empty i am getting charged but I have no ink in my printer now for 3 months or more
