JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: sorry DON'T KNOW OPERATING SYSTEM. I'm OLD
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: jUST BECAME an issue. I'm having a bad day. I'm out of blue and can't seem to get the row of cartridges to stay out so I can replace it.
