I have just changed a black ink cartridge. Tried to copy something and it came out very light almost no copy at all. Says something about single
JA: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using?
Customer: HP Envy 5660 and HP 62XL black noir
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows ?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Never been an issue before. I was printing info from my program that I use in the business. These pages printed perfectly
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

What is the exact message that you are seeing on the printer or the computer?

Ok, that means that the printer has not detected the second cartridge.

Cacn you try removing both cartridges from the printer and ensure the protective tape has been removed from them, and that the gold contact area is clean, then reinsert them again.
