Do you need basic instructions on how to print onto an envelope or envelopes on your 4630 machine?

If so please confirm your machine/printer's maker name (Canon?) and the size of the envelopes used.

In this printer, envelopes are loaded in the rear tray.

You place them printable side upward.

The short edge of the envelope faces into the printer.

The flap should be downward (of course) and to the left also. To your left as you face toward the printer, that is.

This shows how they go into the printer's rear tray:

Slide paper guides up against the edges of the envelope(s), but not too tightly.

Go to the printer's own control panel. Go to


and then to

Paper Setup

and choose the envelope size you just loaded into the printer.
