JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: cannon pixma mg2900 only about 1 yr old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: i am using a samsung chrome
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: its been over a week now nothing specific happened that i can remember,,i will say i previously had a hp printer and had the same problem but i had had that last printer for a while so i bought this one
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Have you tried removing the black ink cartridge, cleaning it, and reinserting it again?

Or if that doesn't work, try fitting a replacement black ink cartridge?
