I have WF-2650 trying to install ink cartridge the ink

I have WF-2650 trying to install ink cartridge the ink carriage will not move from under the ledge
JA: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using?
Customer: Serial No. *ULUY532175*
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Printer has not been printing giving a paper jam paper out message then I got change ink cartridge
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: can't mmove the ink cartridge carrier to change cartridge it appears to be stuck

Hi. Here are the steps to replace the cartridges.

With the printer on and the scanner lid down,
If an ink cartridge is expended, you see a message on the LCD screen.
Note which cartridges need to be replaced and press the OK button,
then choose Replace now.
If you are replacing a cartridge before you see a message on the LCD screen,
press the home button if necessary, and select Setup.
Select Maintenance, then select
Ink Cartridge Replacement
and press the OK button.
The cartridges should then move to where you can access them.
