I can't set it up. I have read the instructions and tried it three times on my computer and on my cell phone.
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: 2 years. i phone 6.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: MAC book pro. three years old.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I just got it today. It can't find the WiFi, but the WiFi is on and I am getting email.
