Customer Question

5740 won't print. documents held in que.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: HP Office Jet 5740. about a year.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Dell PC. Has printed well until yesterday. Internet connection went out. Is there a connection?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Since yesterday. As I indicated the internet connection went down and has just been fixed. But should that affect the connection between the computer and the printer?
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Only that I have been able to Scan. At least I did yesterday. Before he calls I will check and see if I still can.
