I have a HP 7610 A3 printer, I had a paper jam and after

Hi there, I have a HP 7610 A3 printer, I had a paper jam and after opening the top to have access to remove jammed paper I accidentally pulled the film(Plastic strip) that drives the Cartridge holder of the hook.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Approximately 2 years
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: HP, microsoft office
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: first time, see I can't see the place where I shoule hook the strip back on, the right and left side is not identical....
