There is something waiting to be printed that I didn't tell

Customer Question

There is something waiting to be printed that I didn't tell it to print. It's emails and I don't want them printed. I need to eliminate them so that I can print something else.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: It's a HP Deskjet 2132 and is only about 2 years old.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: It's a PC. I have no idea what the OS is.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It just happened. Nothing happened. I wasn't home.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

  1. Click on the Start Button, select Devices and Printers.

  2. Right click on the printer icon, select See what's printing.

  3. From the print queue window, select the Printer menu, then select Cancel All Documents.

  4. Confirm all jobs have cleared from the queue.

  5. If you are unable to clear all jobs from the queue, restart the print spooler service and try again.
  6. If you are still unable to clear all jobs, manually delete all files from the spooler directory.

Hi,

Did this help you to resolve your issue ?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
No. It seems that my computer needed updating. After doing that, the printer worked.
Expert:  Tech_Buddy replied 9 months ago.

Good to know that your issue is resolved.

Expert:  Tech_Buddy replied 9 months ago.

When computer updates then it automatically flushes everything for you. It is same as above manual instruction.
