Customer Question

It jumps to "Manual" when it should be on "Tray 1." On of you fixed it last week but it didn't stay.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: About a year.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Pc and windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: several weeks. One of your techs took over my computer last week and got it running, but with no input from me, I tried printing tonight and it jumps to "paper" when I click print. Of course, it won't print becaue it is confused as to whee the paper is.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I just talked ot one a few minutes ago and he sent me somethingthat I tried to print out an, of course I couldn't. I'm on my wife's computer now. I tried to print out his instructions on her machine, but I must have had something wrong becsue I didn't get hisnotes.
