The control panel seem to be locked. It will not allow us to select any options.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Bizhub Konica Minolta C360 5 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: It a PC not sure where to locate the type of operating system.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It was working fine Sunday. An employee did a scan to her laptop on Monday. I attempted to print on Tuesday and was unable.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I can think of.

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

On the assumption that the problem is temporary - perhaps a variation or 'spike' on the power produced a lockup by chance - try turning Off the K-M printer.

And unplug it from the power.

And leave it that way long enough to rest and reset: at least for 20 minutes. Or longer.

After that time, try it again.

Let me know if the control panel comes to life again with this treatment.
