Thanks, ***** ***** just purchased a Pro-100 running on a Mac cannot bring up the dialogue box that llows paper choice etc.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: brand new, purchased yesterday, Pixima Pro-100
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: checking
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: As I said I just got it yesterday, When I go to print an Image, the wrong dialogue box appears, it is not the Cannon box that is illustrated in the manual. I am running a Mac with OS X
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: there are color management issues but I think I can make those adjustments myself
