Customer Question

It repeatedly gives a message telling me to replace the yellow cartridge even though the cartridge is about half full and obviously does not need replacing. Is there some way to reset the message to confirm with the actual amount of ink still in it?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: MFC-J65200W
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Dell with Windowst 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Black ink became empty. I removed the cartridge and then replaced it. The black cartridge appears empty but is still printing. I plan to buy the replacement today.
